Remember the old crew cars? The only way to get around while on a layover at the airport use to be in that old beat-up junk. No way to promise that you won't find yourself in another one of those and remember the old flight instruction days but you can see the area in KHUM- "Houma-terrebonne" Houma, LA... KSGR- "Sugarland Regional" Sugarland, TX... KFXE- "Executive Int'l" Ft Lauderdale, FL... KCHD- "Chandler Municipal" Chandler, AZ...

After getting the local guide from the FBO line service see what else there is in Houma, LA (KHUM), A Bored Pilot has posted that if it crossed your mind about saving the the aircraft catering for later and eat " Sent to Big Al's Seafood. Pretty good, about the only sit down option. Closed on Mondays "

Is the crew lounge full of NetJet pilots and Flight Option pilots? Complementary crew car for a couple of hours, gym, showers, sleeping quarters, and free wi-fi!!! "

Went twice in two nights. Owners are from PERU where their family owns 5 Argentinian steak houses. Get the Chorizo appetizer and the Skirt Steak entree. Total bill will be 22pp. Dont bother asking how they make it so good....they wont tell! "

Before you make your plans in Chandler, ! AZ (KCHD), the pilots union voted and you should know about stopping worrying about jet fuel prices and get some grub at " The Hangar Cafe locate right on the field. Open for breakfast and lunch until 2pm only. Typical small airport diner food at great prices. $2.95 beer!!! "
